? Meiji Japanese Cloisonné Enamel Metal ? Plate 12" Crane Blue Flowers Floral
I'm actually not sure what type of plate this is. It seems metal, maybe enamel? It is 12" in diameter with a 6.5" diameter base. A little over 1.5" high at sides. Looks like you can hang it up or display it otherwise. It probably could be cleaned a little better. I just gently wiped it. There are a few small holes and general wear, but I didn't see any major chipping or damage.
